Seal Kote is a 16% solids, all purpose, floor sealer that provides an even acrylic surface over which any top grade finish will last longer and look superior. It is very hard, durable, and detergent resistant. Seal Kote not only enhances the appearance of the floor finish by providing an outstanding base coat but also continues to protect your floor even after all the finish and wax has been worn away. Compatible with any water-based finish or wax. Will not yellow or powder. Saves money by scaling the pores in a floor allowing you to use less finish or wax. Encapsulates the floor with an acrylic film that helps to eliminate dull spots and protect the surface. Resists stains from water, detergents, milk alkalis and acids. Coverage is approximately 1,500-2,500 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity.
